Shipping and Returns

We want your order to arrive safely and in great shape — whether you're welcoming a new plant or stocking up on candles, gear, and essentials. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship and handle returns.

Order Processing Time

We pack and ship orders within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Plant orders are only shipped Monday through Wednesday to help prevent them from sitting in a box over the weekend.

You'll receive tracking info by email as soon as your order heads out the door.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love everything you order — but we get that sometimes things don’t work out.

Plants

Because plants are perishable and sensitive to transit conditions, all plant sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, please email us within 3 days of delivery (with photos!) and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns for:

  • T-Shirts

  • Hats

  • Pest Sprays

  • Candles

These items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition to qualify for a return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

To start a return, email us at rootsplantcollc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll walk you through the next steps.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
